On March 1, 2016, director Yang of the human resources department organized the inaugural meeting of the welfare foundation in 2016. So far, the welfare foundation has gone through 10 years. After the foundation is established, it shall be independently managed by the members of the foundation, and the personnel holding the positions of the foundation shall be independently elected by the members.
